Red Rocks Chicken Marinade InstructionsServes 2-4 people
Ingredients• 3 Tbsp Red Rocks Chicken Spice Mix
• ~2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 2 Tbsp oil (I use refined olive)
• ½ Tbsp white vinegar
• ¼ Tsp lemon juice
Instructions1. Combine spice mix with oil, vinegar and lemon juice
2. Massage spice oil mixture onto each chicken thigh individually
3. Place chicken in a covered container or seal in a fridge safe bag
4. Marinate chicken 24-48 hours
5. Grill chicken on high heat, flipping as needed until internal temperature reads 165 F
